Strength Overhead Find 3 RM
CrossFit Workout
Five 3 minute rounds of:
20/15 Cal AirBike
12 Handstand Pushups
AMRAP Dumbbell Box Step Overs – rest 3 minutes between each round
– Men: use 2 x 22,5Dumbbells,
- Women: Use 2 x 15 Dumbbells
- Scale up or down as needed (deficit HSPU or Hand Release Pushups)
