AMRAP 7 : Run 800m together, then Max Reps Clean & Jerk 60/40
– rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP 6: Run 600m together, then Max Reps Power Snatch 50/30
– rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP 5: Run 400m together, then Max Reps Thrusters 40/20
